The text of the federal register document is impenetrably tedious by design, so here's an excellent summary of what it says.
A President ordering the Justice Department to criminally investigate a woman who won a sexual assault lawsuit against him makes Watergate look like an unpaid parking ticket.
The NIH is demanding that it's grantees cease collaborations with foreign scientists. Wait until NIH director Jay Bhattacharya hears about this! His stated top priority in the director role is to prevent government interference with or censorship of scientific researchers.

Raskin said that if this fund hands money to the Jan. 6 rioters, Trump will be “using federal taxpayer dollars to compensate people who participated in insurrection.” Trump & his lawyers “are figuring out a way to refund the Jan. 6 militia, presumably to get them ready for the next round of battle.”

Trump and the GOP are doing this to our country. Every last shred of damage that results from escalation is their fault.

I know the bad guys are winning right now. It is nonetheless striking that they have to brazenly lie about their goal, pretending it is anti-discrimination rather than restoring white supremacy. They implicitly concede the popularity and undeniable moral force of the Civil Rights Movement.

When white supremacists described the first black politicians winning elections in the South during Reconstruction, they too called it a "reign of terror" that innocent white people had to suffer under. Black leaders! Elected to federal office! Can you imagine the indignity?!

Tate Reeves says, urging the ousting of the state's only Black member of Congress through redistricting before the end of 2027. He made that pronouncement even as he canceled a special session on redistricting.
The largest ever settlement or jury award for government violations of constitutional rights to a single person is $100 million, or 1 percent of what Trump demanding for the leak of his tax returns. That case -- a killing by police -- was reduced to $1 million on appeal.

Rufo is also coming to UW Madison, hosted the Thompson Center by the Center for Research on the Wisconsin Economy. CROWE with just an eagle-eyed focus on the Wisconsin economy.
This is not lets-propose-this-and-see-what-Congress-says. Their plan is more like USAID: eliminate before Congress can weigh in.
