We kicked off #SHEAR2026 yesterday with the President’s Plenary on “How to Tell the Truth about History in 2026.” We heard from scholars who challenged us to show up, embrace the messiness of history, and always “show your work.” Followed by a reception at Carpenters’ Hall with SHEAR cookies.
One of the things that I'm ruminating on is: Yesterday, Taylor Farms said "No Taylor Farms-branded salads or kits" were linked to the outbreak. But today, that note is gone and some of the recalled products are listed under the brand acronym "TF" Is "TF" Taylor Farms? I'd sure love to know!
