Christopher "Chris" Paul was arrested last month after being accused of raping two 13-year-old girls 20 years ago. He is also currently running on the Republican ticket unopposed (other candidate dropped out) to become the chief of police for Village of Elizabeth in Allen Parish in Louisiana.
