I'll throw my hat in for fresh food & food alternatives. In 1986 I was 10 years old, dairy allergic, in Oklahoma, with vegetarian parents. Soy milk was expensive tofu water. The only mushrooms at the store were in a can. Yesterday I ate an Impossible burger with local tomatoes & lettuce 😋
