David Brooks is now the third alleged Jeffery Epstein associate at the New York Times. This potentially includes A.G. Sulzberger, the current chairman of the NYT board. The NYT published this piece by David Brooks about Epstein less than a month ago. Why did their executive leadership allow this?

House Dems have released more photos provided to the oversight committee from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. More images of Woody Allen, Noam Chomsky, Steve Bannon, Bill Gates in this batch. New to this batch: David Brooks and David Blaine.

Following up on my post yesterday, "I don't understand why Theodora is so ashy", a friend pointed out that the Direct (that I didn't have time to watch yesterday) called out Theodora and Saramis for being of a culture that "worships the Keeper of Death and Knight".

I do not understand how debt-leveraged buyouts are legal. Thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of peoples livelihoods are on the line for a promise. "I swear I'm good for it." EA is going to have to have to not only to cover costs, but also pay upwards of $1.5bn *yearly* to pay their creditors.

You can run the entire Windows 7 (32bit) Operating System in less memory than what the single web page "bsky.app" uses when running in a single Chrome browser tab. If you rendered BlueSky threads into PDF documents, those PDF documents would require less memory to display than what "bsky.app" uses.

The combined Intel IA-32&64 Software Developer's Manual [ 325462-092-sdm-vol-1-2abcd-3abcd-4.pdf ] is 5363 pages long & Chrome only needs 426MB of RAM to display it in a tab Leo Tolstoy's "War and Peace" www.gutenberg.org/files/2600/2... only requires 387MB to display in a tab "bsky.app" needs 1GB

It is 2006. I am 22. The US is mired in a costly Forever War. A predictable historic market collapse looms. I do not have health insurance. It is 2026. I am 42. The US is mired in a costly Forever War. A predictable historic market collapse looms. I do not have health insurance.

EA officially goes private tonight, meaning: - EA will no longer trade on the NASDAQ for the first time in 36 years - All stockholders of EA (including many employees) will receive $210/share - EA will take on $18 billion (!) in debt, putting it on the hook to pay ~$1.8 billion/year in interest
