I was drawn to this composition of the ancient yew tree at St. Mary and St. Barlok in Norbury. For me, it has something to do with the wheelbarrow - the fleeting moment pressing up against the deep well of time that the yew represents.

A glimpse of the early C16th Number 1 Myddylton Place, Saffron Walden, where history is written into the walls. Look closely for the 👻 ghost of a medieval shopfront hidden in plain sight—a time capsule revealing secrets from centuries ago.

Does anyone know if anyone has written specifically on the (financial/power/control) reasons why the far right are denying climate change? Does it lead back to Russian oil oligarchs? Is it just that sun wind and tide cannot be commodified and profited from, or purely disruptive/trust breaking?

I counted five hedgehogs in my garden this evening. Two tiny ones. Word must be out that there is food here. Haven't got a group photo as they seem to be independently minded. Leave food and water out, you might be saving a few little hoggy lives as the ground is so hard the cant get worms.

PLEASE SHARE THIS To the young person (longish dark hair, patterned waistcoat, chinos & DM boots) who left this scroll of papers on the Piccadilly Line train at South Kensington station at about 4.25pm today, I’ve handed it to the station staff at Hammersmith.

Said this before, will again. Badenoch is the most dangerous figure in British politics. She's not as extreme as Farage or Lowe, but her impact is more pernicious. She actively prevents the British centre-right from adopting moderate positions, and thereby facilitates the radicalisation process.

I did loads on CT Group in the 2010s.... daftest was proving they were behind a load of legit-looking online 'news sources' and campaign groups, all paid by their clients. Including a fake campaign against London's cycle lanes funded by Canary Wharf's owners. www.theguardian.com/technology/2...

Did you know? Sunflowers are used to assist in clean up after a nuclear disaster. They are hyperaccumulators, capable of absorbing toxic heavy metals from the ground and have been planted at both Chernobyl and Fukushima in the attempt to aid in soil restoration. Original post

Life at #Snodhill This is the hedgehog. He looks healthy but he shouldn't really be out and about so early. He joins the humpback rat (also out in the day)and the one legged pheasant as some of the wildlife that seem to depend on me at the moment. To be honest I could do without a humpbacked rat.
