Spent a lot of time this week at the lake Winnipeg beach where I spent many days of summer growing up. But since 2018 someone who claims to own 800m of beach has blocked access to parts of it. Really insane stuff. How this is allowed is beyond all logic.
One of the most important issues of our time is that the future of humanity is presently being authored by people who have nothing but total contempt for humanity and seek the erasure of everything that gives being a human meaning. It’s not just annoying. It doesn’t just suck. It’s existential.
