Sure, Rod Liddle could craft a sentence. But took money to craft them for spite, division, prejudice, enmity and hate. That's his legacy.

Fools on the right think that taxing wealth is a class war - a battle between rich and poor. That is bollocks. It is a political war - a battle between oligarchy and democracy.
A bit like how Cameron, Osborne et al were absolutely clueless in the EU referendum campaign, because they had never had to campaign *against* the British press in full rend-and-kill mode, and that meant there was nobody to very publicly beat the fuck out of their opponents on their behalf.
If Reform (and many on the right of the Tory party) got their way, that is exactly how healthcare would work - i.e. it would be like the US.

The purpose of "filling in a form" is so that the public can know who is bankrolling politicians. Transparency around donations is a key defence against wholesale corruption. And that, of course, is exactly why Farage didn't fill in the form.

I just hope Burnham realises that gimmicks - like his £45 off bills by removing VAT - is not going to cause the slightest ripple with ordinary people. Otherwise he's going to fall into the same trap as Starmer. As he's already said, fundamental change is required, I hope he means it.
