Too many people in this space ultimately only care about their ability to play games. Their entire ideology is based on the premise that games are some right accorded to them. When that's your most core belief, nothing serious can be built on top of it.

I’ve seen peers completely ignore BDS while championing the “power of the PlayStation Boycott” in the same breath recently. Frankly, I’ve just so little respect for these people. Why is it a race to be the most unserious person imaginable lately?

My guess is that the percentage of Americans who are aware that we are blockading and immiserating a neighboring country is in the single digits. Its not an invasion, but involves the use of American military force with the intent of collapsing the government.
