Hey @verizonofficial.bsky.social my bill went up $20 and I called to ask why & was told that my loyalty discount ended. I haven’t ended my service (loyalty?) with Verizon so why would Verizon end their “loyalty” to me? The rep couldn’t explain whose loyalty ended so maybe we can settle this here?
