I've been tracking DOJ monitors for work; thankfully, it's been completely uneventful and boring for states that have already had primaries this year. It's likely that monitors won't bother anyone tomorrow, but like David says, tell someone if they do talk to you.

Don’t hesitate to come to the polls; DOJ monitors will be outside the 100-foot zone, you don’t have to talk, you also don’t have to freak out, if you see them talking to anyone before they vote (they can only do so after) or engaging otherwise, tell the precinct head judge. We’re trained to help.

My kids have no idea. Youngest asked me yesterday “did your parents let you pick what type of vacations you went on and get to go places you’ve always wanted to go?” And I had to explain to him that growing up, the concept of “listening to kids as people” didn’t exist

Intentional discrimination is still a thing under this, it’s just that the court can’t provide a remedy unless the plaintiffs propose a map that achieves the exact same political outcome as the discrimination would have. Either they can’t, and no remedy, or they can, and remedy is the same outcome.
