MAP-MS overcomes dynamic range limitations in Orbitrap instruments. Using an Exploris 480 with an EASY-nLC 1200 and Aurora Ultimate XT column, Phlairaharn et al. achieved a 9% increase in protein IDs for DDA and a 4% improvement for DIA, while halving quantitative variation. bit.ly/4dYRZWF
