Finally got the chance to spend time reading and WOW. This is a sprawling gothic small town horror that feels like an immense epic that still moves light and quick from thread to nasty thread. An elegant sweaty nightmare told in a wide variety of styles, including spot on very modern epistolaries.

A good reminder that @animecornerstore.bsky.social still exists. I've ordered from them since I was a kid and it's a wonder they're still going. Website still looks like the way it always has and while prices are closer to retail, the service is smooth and has that personal touch.
