Finally felt comfortable enough to ask a friend in Tokyo to send me 2 Sofubi I ordered in 2024 & 2025 that he’s been holding for me with the understanding that it would be a 10% tariff (so around $30). What I didn’t know is that UPS tacks on an additional $30 for processing 😑
The “best” thing about genAI (the quotes are doing heavy work here) is that it’s really lowered the bar on getting into hand-made art. Literally anything you make is better than ai. There’s never been a better time to throw away your fear and start learning that craft you’ve always wanted to learn.

I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.

AuDHD can be such a fuck sometimes. Yesterday I actually got a bunch of work done and made some much needed money. Today I feel like I'm just stuck in a near pointless cycle of not really having much agency, just making enough to tread water financially still.
One thing to keep in mind with this is how they *want* to hurt people. During the shutdown last year they were salivating at the chance to use defunding SNAP as a pain point to make Democrats give in. They’re proud of doing this. They like the pain.
