I, too, have planned factories full of humanoid robots on the moon. Oops, just planned them on all the moons of Jupiter, too. One second, planning them on the bottom of the sea and in Narnia. Boom, done, planned.
He's delivered nothing for over fifteen years now and they still fall for it, kinda like our media.
I like how the humanoid robots serve as a helpful tip on exactly how seriously to take this. Why humanoid robots and not a bunch of different robots specialized for specific tasks in the lunar environment? I don't know, but I know I've already given it more thought than Elon has
