I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I crowdsourced and then finalized this document "How to disable or avoid intrusive AI" and then gave it a short URL: notoai.org Please pass along if it's useful

I was able to both lie flat in my bed and "go out" to be slightly social thanks to the Horizon Adjust in VRC living in meat has had some drawbacks lately (ow my bones and muscles and connective tissue and organs) and old Cosmos has been such a good temporary distraction. It's genuinely so pretty

a VR Chat photo shot from behind the shoulder of a grungy tomboy mama-gen watching Cosmos with Carl Sagan. The green glowing mushrooms growing from the mama-gen's ear match the phosphor style visor, and provide a contrast to the rest of the composition, lit mostly in the red glow of the theater screen. The theater appears to be a spacecraft, with a giant window peering into a colorful galaxy; the screen showing Cosmos is in front of the big space window.
