On National Day, in Bergen, my photographer was unable to take a centered photo of this 19th-century music pavilion. His sister had to tell him that a line of kids and their parents were patiently waiting for a weird guy to stop taking photos of a plush beaver in their pavilion. 😔 #Photography

This is the chronic illness experience. You can do everything “right” and still have setbacks. Your life and health are often out of your control. The hospital can’t help. Doctors dismiss you. Friends & family don’t get it. It’s lonely & isolating. If you survived another day, be proud. I am.
