Ceratocanthine are known for their ability to conglobate: rolling into a nearly perfect ball to avoid predators. They use the ball-mode even during inactivity - perhaps it's a way for them to rest too.

A spiral galaxy, observed with the Apache Point 2.5m Telescope in the SDSS survey. It is at redshift 0.039 (lookback time 549.7 million years) with coordinates (206.66230, 55.09226). 34 volunteers classified this galaxy in Galaxy Zoo 2.
