Nerd, bon vivant, cat dad, and so on...

They think we're the marks, the suckers who will believe this crap. All these guys who signed that stupid whinging letter should be ostracized by civil society, humiliated by their social circles, shamed into disappearing.

I read race science/hereditarian work while were working on a paper that was published in 1993 that came to conclusions opposite to those of the Bell Curve, published a year later. It was striking how bad the work was, with wild leaps of logic, 1/4

The Daily Mail is alleged to have stalked a woman in Detroit, believing her to be former drummer of The White Stripes, Meg White. They published photos of her in a new deleted article. Their justification? When the reporter complimented the music of TWS she said thanks. Fix our toxic media, now.

The tabloid boasted in a now-deleted article that they found White and promised to reveal her ‘secret new life’

Drugs based on GLP-1, a hormone released by the gut after a meal, began as treatments for diabetes before proving remarkably good at helping people shed weight. Drugmakers are now betting that different peptides could stop you feeling sleepy

Actually sad what AI has done to the world of souvenir fridge magnets, postcards, etc. It's kind of microcosmic of the whole issue: the people in charge of fridge magnets don't seem to care that fridge magnets actually matter to people who collect fridge magnets.

Again: the reason this guy walks into the Times and Telegraph and gets an uncritical hearing, with his work being deployed to kick the shit out of a black guy at Cambridge, is that *this is what the people at those papers think too*.

Cofnas here opining that lady professors’ lady parts and lady feelings mean that we can’t actually do the work as well as our strong manly straight men colleagues; we must instead resort to manipulation and emotions

College, Cambridge, in 2024. In blog posts, he had said that, in a meritocracy: “Blacks would disappear from almost all high-profile positions outside of sports and entertainment.” In a piece titled “Don’t Scapegoat Women”, published in January this year, Cofnas claimed “women but not men can get people fired by pointing and crying”.

He added: “To meet de facto quotas, employers have had to reach deeper into the pool of less qualified female candidates. For obvious reasons, affirmative action hires often have a chip on their shoulder. Many of them turn to social justice activism to distract from the fact that they aren’t as good at their job as the straight white men who earned their position based on merit, or weren’t hired at all.”

Hard to say you were "smeared as a racist" when you're out there saying Black people are inherently inferior under your own government name, even before we get to the whole "whipping up a digital lynch mob" thing

It’s wild that the IDF just straight up murdered some British ex-marines for no real reason except to demonstrate they can and will kill *anyone*, and maybe also as a big fuck you to Barack Obama personally, a patron of the charity. And it wasn’t even an issue, glossed over within one day.

For more than two years, we have pressed the Government of Israel to deliver the justice and accountability that the families deserve. This is not good enough.
We have raised this with the Israeli authorities today and will continue to push for urgent answers.

It is so interesting to see how the British press covers actual, legitimate nazis compared to, say, left wing students, or Boris Johnson's neighbours, or people sat on the floor of an A&E because there are no beds.

Nobody comes out of this looking good but it was particularly disgusting to watch media outlets like the (London) Times launder Cofnas as a scholar critical of the excesses of DEI rather than a notorious eugenicist

It is quite intriguing how these people were bellowing with righteous fury at the left that we were unacceptable racists, primarily for made up crimes and for hurting their feelings about their pet ethnostate, but through this they've boiled their brains to this point.

As I keep saying: there is a class of people who have absolutely radicalised themselves to very extreme political positions, completely taken leave of their senses. And we know about this because they write about it for a living, they can’t wait to tell us all about their new epiphanies.

So on the asylum brochure debate someone posted something genuinely interesting. And apologies, I just lost your post so can't credit.
They said we should restrict asylum to women and children. And I think there's potentially something in that.

Wait a damn minute. The things Arday did, like the marathons, had been previously covered, with first hand primary sources, by English news orgs, contemporaneously?!?! And yet the Telegraph and others just kept repeating that he'd lied about them, despite tons of documentation they happened?! 🤬🤬🤬

Not a single damn person feels this way, Sam. Spend a day on a short order cook line. Try a 14 hour nursing night shift. Spend a summer in a plant or warehouse without A/C. We’re tired man, all we do is work.
