Just when I thought I couldn't hate Sports more. Also, why all my therapists alarms go off when I mention my partner is big into football. "Does he gamble?" No, we both know only the House wins in gambling.

I wrote about how much Americans wagered on sports betting in 2025 and how it’s more than they spent on movies, art, museums and music combined. Read my article @fortunemagazine.bsky.social fortune.com/2026/07/26/g...

We just cover all kids School lunch in MN. The whole state Children should be fed because kids need to be fed. Their parents income level has no bearing. Kids + School = fed Everything else is a superfluous bullshit excuse to subject kids to classism.

I wish more people recognized this — parents can withhold food from their children as a means of abuse, those kids deserve to have food provided at school as well regardless of how much money their parents make

Wolf Worm by T. Kingfisher with Mary Robinette Kowal (Narrator) 4.5⭐ If you do not like body horror or bugs crawling into/out of not fun places this book is not for you. This is less of a "twist the knife" horror and more of a "burrow deeper" horror. Full review: buff.ly/rZDsllr 💙📚🪐📚⏳️📚🩸📚️🎧️

If Amazon hires me after my assetment answer it will be a miracle. My verbal response to their expense report errors is to talk to the Accounts Payable Team - the folks who see the same errors over and over. "Let's reduce the number of approvers." Sure, and increase the risk of fraud, groan.

Job searching with c-ptsd is going *GREAT* awesome fantastic. I love waking up crying every morning because I am unable to feed myself and live off charity. If I do get an interview when they ask why I want to work there I am 100% responding, " I'm hungry."
