The quilt blocks i made back in May! all around 9.5”, except the bigger granny square. Using my naturally dyed yardage and scraps to play with color and shapes. All of ‘em hand quilted. There was a 7th one (pink with a green sawtooth star) but i sold it before getting a good picture ^_^

One of today's political prisoners. Cartoonist & zine maker Daniel Rolando Sanchez Estrada wasn't even at the ICE protest. He was accused of "moving" a box of anti-Trump zines THE NEXT DAY. A rightwing judge sentenced him to 30 years! Just for possessing zines. The darkness is descending.

Strongly recommend other artists, whether you do SFW-only or NSFW art, IMMEDIATELY get at least one backup payment processor besides PayPal set up for invoicing, seems likely this is gonna affect way more undeserving artists' accounts based on arbitrary search terms. I could use suggestions myself!

Pretty sure i saw another artist post about this within the last couple days, safe to assume it's AI mass-flagging accounts
gonna risk getting all woowoo for a sec and say just. how important it is that art comes from a person, no matter how "amateurish" or "messy" you feel it is, because if you spend time around art and making art, it becomes so easy to tell when humanity exits the frame. you just feel when it leaves
