one old the other things is that apart from the trauma, WFH was both good and bad for us in a lot of ways, coming back from WFH was often done in an intentionally abusive way meant to assert the authority of the bosses, and in the immediate aftermath the layoffs began

I am so tired of witnessing media layoffs and publications just throwing away amazing talent as this career becomes less and less sustainable and growing numbers of people are pushed out. All for shareholder profits.
