Decided to watch live TV to listen to the reading of 9/11 victims names. Within 2 minutes, one of the readers starts talking about "how the deep state covered up the truth about what happened that day, and president Donald Trump"- I turned it off.

I must reluctantly report that drastically reducing sugar (without like, tracking calories) has so far resulted in NORMAL GI function similar to when we tried the microdosage of GLP1. Normal GI function, even if I don't lose any weight, is enough for me to keep at it.
