egy ideje már valahogy be volt akadva, hogy az all time squat rekordom 130kg volt. Ezért ma teljes nyugodtsággal léptem 110-ről 120-ra, mert hát 1 rep csak menni fog (ment). Azért megnéztem a régi workit appban, hogy jól emlékeztem-e arra a 130-ra (nem, 110 volt). Na, szóval squat PR 🙏
