This story is so absurd that I think it didn’t get enough attention. Chicago police is violating the law to the tune of hundreds of thousands of secret traffic stops that it’s not reporting as the law requires. When Pascal discovered this, they said they’d fix it… but secrecy has only increased!

But now as CPD Superintendent Larry Snelling retires, the issue is worse— *half* of all stops in the last year were not properly documented

Au cours de cette visite, quatre jeunes élèves ont eu le privilège de s’installer confortablement pour feuilleter et explorer une sélection d’ouvrages variés.
