Just walked by one of my neighborhood parks & saw: -skateboarders of all ages (6-45 yo) sharing the skatepark -a soccer game happening on the baseball field -kids playing on the playground speaking diff languages -seniors playing pickleball on the courts -teens & young men playing basketball 1/2

The Minneapolis park system is one of the best in the country and I genuinely believe it’s part of what makes us a strong community. People of all ages, backgrounds, with different interests have public spaces to enjoy together. … &this is just one of 4 parks I can walk to from my home. 2/2
