Just because it's a LLM / AI agent doesn't make it any different than any other program. If I fire up Metasploit and use it to hack a company, I can't say "Metasploit did the hacking, not me", so how is a defense of "the LLM did the hacking, not me" any better?

I think this is complex. We're seeing it with active travel too. The UK has an entirely objections-based planning system was already pretty broken, and only worked at all because it was a load of work to make an admissible objection. So I don't wholly blame the dept here. We need a better system.
