I love how @sonicinternet.bsky.social claims that my house is covered, especially with AT&T fiber already present, and some neighbors already subscribed with them, and that they are "Planning" my request for connection since March. Doesn't really bode well for their actual service...

Ugh. Let's hope this is just a mistake from @bsky.app's moderation team, and not a genuine ban. Pretty wild that the second most popular labeler can just go poof in an instant tho. Not sure this bode well for this platform.

I was next to (one of) the AI slop booths at DragonCon and all I got was this lousy t-shirt. So, as you may or may not know, there was a booth selling AI slop images printed on acrylic panels at DragonCon. They were in booth a-10. I was in a-11. Here’s what happened from my perspective.

I keep hearing that genAI is going to "revolutionize game design" so I've been doing some research into what kinds of games are using genAI as part of gameplay - that is, games where players provide some kind of input that is interpreted by an LLM like ChatGPT which then provide real-time responses.
