NEW: Trump's DoJ searched a member of Congress's home and has charged dozens of green-card holders over alleged false statements on government forms. You know who else appears to have filed government forms with incorrect info? Stephen Miller. From @publiccitizen.bsky.social.
Rules for Thee: Stephen Miller’s Paperwork Problem - Public Citizen
In the past seven weeks, Donald Trump’s Justice Department has charged dozens of immigrants, nearly all of them green-card holders,…

Pssst, wanna hear something that will make you LOL? (Like, put that afternoon coffee down rn before turning sound up)
“No it isn’t wrong! We just got our butts kicked in an election!” The MNGOP post-election meetings are not going very well. This video (sound on!) was last night at the Champlin, MN, Liberty Tea Party Patriot’s meeting which turned into a shouting match over abortion.
Say what you want about the cup and the courts, but this art is 🔥🔥🔥

now THIS is the energy we need coming out of Congress! LFG!
A new majority will have the power to investigate, to subpoena, and to follow the money. Stephen Miller will answer for his policies. He may be getting a bigger office. He will also be getting a lot more scrutiny. Accountability is coming, and I intend to help deliver it.
A low quality fact I'm happy to hang onto with my fingernails and disperse as widely as possible
I love Meryl Streep.
If you're in line for the memes and takes, please stay in line
I have tried to post something about Stephen Miller like three times now but it seems to keep getting immediately deleted somehow? There's nothing remotely questionable about the content of the post. Is Bluesky just barfing on itself?
I live in Philly now, so there's so much (including my residential block, where an interior was used in an M Night Shyamalan movie), but a few blocks away from my childhood home -- that my daughter insisted on visiting on a trip home -- was this!

What's the most famous film/TV location near to you? For me it's probably On Her Majesty's Secret Service. The scenes shot in Bern are quite close by, and the Piz Gloria/Lauterbrunnen scenes are a short-ish drive (& cable car) away.
I've said it a million times and I will continue to say it: The entire Republican party should have been dissolved on January 7th of 2021. That should have been the END of the conversation. The fact that it wasn't might be the greatest failure of our elected representatives we see for decades.
This is interesting. DeSoto County, MS is 57% white. It went for Colom. It experienced a 26-point swing to the Democrats from 2024. 26!! Musk is building a massive data center complex there.
I'm curious about whether and how much opposition to data centers boosted Colom in Mississippi.
you'd think that given the election results, mainstream outlets might look for Black columnists from the south or Hispanic columnists from the southwest to explain the outcomes, rather than looking for the same conservative white men who they've been using as go tos for the past decade.
This kind of explaining what the government does at the minute level is something Dems need to be doing year round
WEATHER BALLOONS ARE BACK BABY!
Black voter turnout held at ~96% of 2024, the highest rate for any midterm in at least a decade, in the Deep South on Tuesday. If Scott Colom manages to win Mississippi's Senate seat, it wouldn't have been possible without sky-high engagement of Black voters www.gelliottmorris.com/p/2026-11-10...
I spent twelve years in Mississippi and that state could’ve turned blue years ago if not for how rigged the deck is down there. That the voters exist isn’t the shocking part, it’s that they’re breaking through generations of reinforced suppression.
If you think this election was just about gas/groceries, check this out 🧵👀
Tariffs and gas prices mattered. But a 20.2 median swing left across the South? This is a Callais backlash
Yay? (worry face -- stay healthy, Bruno)

Not a lawyer, but this sounds bad, it's bad, right?
my god, it looks like the person in Arkansas who administered the bar exam took bribes in exchange for altering scores from fails to passes (and there appears to be one example of an alteration in the opposite direction). details are thin, but she's been indicted: arcourts.gov/sites/defaul...
Marco Rubio oversaw the “deals” and payoffs and pressure to get tens of thousands of people expelled to countries they’ve never been to, including thousands of Cubans living in Miami. He is at least as responsible as Stephen Miller — maybe moreso — for the ongoing third-country removal disaster.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is reportedly preparing to resign from Donald Trump’s cabinet to launch a bid for the 2028 Republican presidential nomination. www.independent.co.uk/bulletin/new...
Beautiful. To the CU admin who called in the heavily armed cops, kicked kids off campus in the middle of the night, and then completely caved to the Trump Admin, eff you, please refrain from sending me alumni fundraising until you reboot. Congrats, Darializa!!
This is Columbia University’s district. To prevent protests, the campus is still locked down—huge piece of Manhattan closed to the public. Chevalier herself was a Columbia student arrested for protesting. This is voters against the civil society organizations that folded to authoritarianism.
The election was great, but Trump's 3rd country deportations continue. 2027 Congress: Stopping this needs to be a priority!
Yesterday and overnight, this Journey ICE jet landed in: -Cabo Verde -Nigeria -Cameroon -Eswatini All but Nigeria are third-country removal “host” countries. Immigrant passengers onboard to Eswatini will have been shackled at the ankles, wrists, and waist for at least 27 hours.
