My daughter’s university scrutinizes each essay for evidence of AI. The goal is to get a 0% score. This AI-hunting is done by… AI. A recent essay scored 17%. She questioned what the AI thought was AI, since she hadn’t used it. The answer: the uni-issued cover page showing student ID, faculty etc. 🤦🏻♂️

And Tom Chadbon gone, one of the best things about one of the best Doctor Who stories. "That's a spaceship!" Interviewed him way back when and was lucky enough to have him in one of my audios playing a dotty time scientist. Lovely fella and did good work.

iPlayer wants me to "Watch live as Andy Burnham replaces Keir Starmer as PM." Why? Will there be a nostalgic montage of Keir's companions and enemies? Will Andy introduce us to our new masters, the Vardans? Will the Government now be in colour?

Starting to think a lot of people have not actually seen the origin story film "Minions," in which they follow evil leaders (with catastrophic results) until they get stuck in that cave.
In Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory there’s a moment when it seems the final Golden Ticket has been found in Paraguay by millionaire businessman “Alberto Miñoleta”. We cut to a Paraguayan news broadcast where the announcer shows “the most recent photo” of him. It’s a picture of Martin Bormann.
