🧪 🧫 🥼 Hey, PIs: Have you lost chance to publish bc former students went AWOL? A PI I know can't publish bc student lost interest/can't be reached. Paper is blocked, bc journals want all authors to OK. PI asked 3 colleagues: all had same experience, i.e. had to bin data. How big is that problem??
