I think one of the worst things twitter/social media did to our brains is train us to think that we should immediately tell 50,000+ people our first knee-jerk opinion about every complex topic & then trap us in a corner where we have to humble ourselves for being wrong or double down x infinity

its so weird to find and follow an artist that inspired me a lot in the past for normal reasons but also because the biggest memory i have of them is them posting about being upset for having a period for 8 days and me realizing i was abnormal (i used to have it for a month straight).
