Working alongside people who aggressively outsource their job to an LLM feels like being forced to work with someone who is incompetent and overpaid but you can't do anything about it because they're the boss's family.

Finally finished Demonschool and gosh I enjoyed the hell out of every moment. I didn't really know much going in and I was delighted with many things, large and small. The PS1/2 aesthetics were done so well and I loved the characters and writing.

I liken all the benefits and drawbacks of LLM-generated code to that of the hyperpackaging of web tech, which totally resulted in clean, efficient, and secure software and did not at all negatively impact the user.

I’m convinced that a large % of programmers don’t actually like computers. As a side effect, are also perfectly happy to throw away their reasoning to a model as soon as they can. I don’t get it, at ALL.
