"don't make enough money" is a fig leaf All those degree programs--social work, art, etc.--have disproportionately female student bodies. This is designed to make it harder for women to attend college--college education being a key factor in women's autonomy from men & left-leaning voting pattern.

President Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/aaAEu6v

reading "last kings of hollywood", a recent book about coppola, lucas, spielberg (and guest starring scorsese)... i could read about the friendships / differences among these guys forever. reminds me of, like, coleridge & wordsworth, shelley & byron, pound & eliot

just finished THE LAST KINGS OF HOLLYWOOD, a very enjoyable read on coppola, lucas, and spielberg. it's striking how much nicer spielberg is than everyone else. it's also striking how much better the hollywood they were fighting to destroy was than what we have now.

Cruelty is the foundation of those 'policies'. Making us feel threatened is the purpose. We have no physical proof of our status, we are at the mercy of a glitch. We are aliens, and we must be made aware of it. Reform's 'plan' to strip us of our Leave to remain is just a darker shade of grey.
