The fact that VP JD Vance and Richard Grenell went to Romania—on behalf of the Trump Administration— to advocate for Andrew and Tristan Tate, who by all accounts, were rapists running a coercive sex ring, then permitted them to come to Florida, should be a crazy, crazy scandal.

The most important - and most ignored - news story of this century is that the dominant political party of the world's most powerful nation is a disinformation factory that has half the country's citizens - including its president - believing lies about every aspect of politics and daily life.

Texas Lt. Gov Dan Patrick says that Obama "violated the Constitution because he served a third term": "I think he was behind the entire [Biden] administration."

Worthy institutions like this make X look like a normal website with normal, fair, pluralist discourse. By doing so they contribute to the ongoing threat to our information ecosystem and our democracy. This is surely contrary to their purpose which is to educate and inform.

Look, Americans, British homes aren't designed with air conditioning in mind. Our architecture values other things: heat retention, space management, trapdoors, automated breakfast-serving mechanisms which can be operated by a literal dog

When I meet people in the real world, they have 0% - and I mean zero - knowledge of the disaster unfolding in British HE. Even if their kids are actually at uni. They look at me as if I've gone mad. This is why. 👇

Why is the universities crisis being ignored? Essential piece by @gsoh31.bsky.social for Arguably on the “grim dribbling away of one of Britain's great triumphs and economic advantages” – and why so few politicians seem to care. www.arguably.uk/p/the-quiet-...

Your regular reminder that this clearly-it's-a-war is neither approved by Congress nor the UN Security Council & it is an egregious violation of the US Constitution, international law, & our signed, ratified treaty commitments, & if we were a serious country, we would care about these things

Normally you wouldn’t increase the likelihood of US casualties by announcing something like this ahead of time, unless you are bluffing to use it as a negotiating ploy, you are stupid, you don’t really care about the troops, or all three.

🚨🚨 Huge breaking news from Brussels: Hungary has lifted its two-year-long veto on Ukraine's EU accession. Ukraine and Moldova will soon be able to open the first cluster of the accession process. The saga is over.

Southport murders. Farage ignores victims' parents. Riles up his base. Riots. Henry Nowak murder. Farage ignores victim's parents. Riles up his base. Riots. Murders by white people. Silence. If that's not a pattern of racially motivated incitement to riot, I don't know what is.
