Here's a question for the literary-minded among you for a project I'm working on: what is the worst novel written by a great author? I'm thinking of examples of where everyone - particularly at the time - went, "ooh, swing and a miss there." Juvenilia not included; reputation has to be established.

All evidence suggests that Judaism emerged organically from the native Canaanite religion & culture. There is no evidence of Israelites conquering Canaan from outside. The Book of Joshua is a story told after the fact to explain Jewish origins. It’s mytho-history, & more myth than history.
