Amin frames trans lesbians as square-jawed, non-passing bourgeois white women who "talked and acted masculine" and didn't care about their appearance, and straight trans women as passing, feminine, working-class women of color who were oppressed by them.

Newsflash dude, it's *been* used against trans people and especially trans women to avoid properly gendering us. Words can be good in some circumstances and bad in others
