Harvested plums yesterday and baked them into a pie, made some tofu döner, sat in the garden and smoked the water pipe with my wife until it got too dark. Ate the pie (alongside with some delicious decaf coffee) close to midnight. What a delightful day it was.

Wish I could've done more attacks for ArtFight this year but honestly? I created three (!!!) shaded artworks in one month which is a LOT more than I usually do. So, I choose to be kind to myself and be happy with what I accomplished instead of lamenting the fact that I didn't do more.

message for new artists, old ones, literally anyone trying to figure out life: it's cool and good actually to try stuff even if you know you'll be bad at it. it's not cringe, it's cool as hell, and it's quite literally VERY GOOD for you. the only way to get experienced is to start inexperienced
