I always cut corners when prototyping... metaphorically speaking :P You might say a consistent corner I cut is to leave my cards corner cut-less.

Oh, this is really cool. I could see this becoming somewhat standard as a way to differentiate colors/player pieces.

The absolute hardest part of game design for me is pitching games and emailing publishers. Often, the only time I have is in the evenings when I've already spent most of my creative and social energy and getting something written up and sent is a hill that I can't surmount.
Started Pandora's Legacy - a puzzle puzzle - on my birthday weekend. Just doing the first part and it's been really fun so far! Really excited for the rest of it! The pics aren't spoilers (imo) as it's the very very beginning of the puzzle.

Next month will be the 50th anniversary of the National Bonsai & Penjing Museum at the National Arboretum in Washington, DC. In 1976, Japan gifted many precious bonsai to the United States for our bicentennial. It was a remarkable gift just 41 years after the end of World War II.

Played my first megagame tonight - 25+ ppl in a room playing the same cooperative introduction game and it was both overwhelming and fun. Amazingly one control was able to handle the whole room by themselves. This now makes total sense how these games can promote disaster preparedness. #Origins2026
