I played a Radio Shack version of that in the early 80s. My friend was sad we couldn't play it because the house didn't have AA batteries left, just AAA ones. I took them, installed them into the game case, it started working. My friend thought I was a goddamn wizard.

Wow, folks deep into AI really assume everyone else is too, don't they? I have used it for day-job work, a handful of times, as experiments to see if it might fit into our team's workflow. I found one use case where it was mildly helpful. Yeah, I think we could and will live without it.

I’m not sure why people are surprised by this. Christianity is, at the best of times, a marketing-focused ideology. But when there’s any significant pushback, it rapidly becomes an exercise in raw power, which is what this is. She’s asserting dominance, not trying to persuade.
