For federal elections, splitting the GOP into two competing crank Nazi movements would be great for Democrats. At the state/local level, however, we'd be condemning large portions of the South and Midwest to governance by Crossfit George Wallace's.

Saw a fight on here between someone uncommitted for a Dem nominee because they were on Uncommitted and a committed supporter of the Uncommitted candidate getting mad at them for being uncommitted to the Uncommitted candidate because only an entitled brat would say they're uncommitted. Peak Bluesky.

I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.
I mean, it probably has to be Kirby, no? It's so iconic that there's a whole adjective, "Kirbyesque", for it.

I saw a take earlier that I strongly agree with, that people who would easily understand a dogwhistle when it comes to almost any other form of bigotry pretend not to hear it exclusively when it comes to antisemitism.
