The bulk of my current doc work is on substance use facilitated sexual assault. Perpetrator interventions are nearly impossible. This bullshit is why.
my problem with “don’t bring an iced coffee to a job interview,” other than the fact that it’s stupid and doesn’t make any sense, is that unwritten rules about hiring make it harder for people with less exposure to professional environments to get hired
