🚨🚨Emergency protest🚨🚨 The Drexel board will be at the constitution center in Old City (525 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19106) from 5-6. We're asking Drexel to disaffiliate from the Academy of Nat Sci to allow them to negotiate what's best for them w/o Drexel interference. Be there.
I just want to add, this is VERY MUCH a situation where THE PERFECT IS THE ENEMY OF THE GOOD. Even if you can only spare 5 minutes to piece together this email, it's worthwhile!

When I was a kid, I idolized guys like Rick Baker and Stan Winston. I watched every behind-the-scenes show and festurette I could find, and thought SFX sounded like a dream job. I’m glad I never actually pursued it, because it mostly seems to be another “stare at a screen all day” job now.
