Eddie Lin, Alexis Mercedes Rinck, and Rob Saka voted no.

It’s worth noting that Taco Bell identified the source before the FDA did, and promptly pulled it from their stores. The FDA didn’t even name the source until Taylor Farms outed themselves, and hasn’t issued a recall. Basically, Taco Bell is now a more reliable authority than the FDA.

And, ideally, it would leave so many of them broke that it actually becomes a deterrent. Being poor is truly all they care about not because they don’t care about prison.
Private Equity companies are parasites. Plain and simple. I haven’t seen them make any positive contributions in any industry where they have thrown their money around. It’s the American Oligarchs again, destroying businesses hospitals et al and the middle class. Getting wealthier, paying no taxes.
