🚨Do. not. use. individual's. actions to. attack. whole. groups.🚨 Not unless you want to take the blame for every person in your social demographic. Bad people exist in every group. That's not an excuse to use the actions of individuals to target those groups, particularly already marginalised groups

When you register your name in the Icelandic phonebook you can choose to state your profession. And they have a pretty loose definition of what exactly a profession entails. This person for example has opted for „þjóðhetja“. It means „National Hero“.

What nonsense is this? Are we really going to have a debate about tax/spending on these terms? I don’t have children or living parents, yet cheerfully pay Council Tax for education and adult social care BECAUSE I LIVE IN SOCIETY

Prolonged paralysis w/ rocuronium is an advantage -Once we decide to intubate, patient's getting tubed -W/sux, can end up in awake pt while trying to intubate if 1st/2nd attempt fail -W/ roc, plenty of time if you run into a challenging airway youtube.com/shorts/HXtN7... #EMIMCC
