Thank goodness, the SCREEN Act has failed to pass in the Senate committee and is dead. We still have work to do since there's the House-passed KIDS Act and their version of KOSA still but for now we can breath a sigh of relief. Take a breath for now, but still be vigilant for those two.

And the vote today was to advance an amended version of the bill, which I suspect would have made it at least a less noxious. No appetite even for that. Not only was it a party line vote, but a number of Republicans stayed out of the room entirely, preventing quorum. There's a stench on this bill.
