Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.
as noted yesterday, Trump has now come around to treating an Iranian toll system covering the Strait of Hormuz as a given. Hard to overstate the level of strategic failure. US started the war purely as a war of choice and ends up dramatically empowering Iran and given the Iranian govt big wins.

"Making fees voluntary, at least nominally, could be a way out of the impasse, although an implied threat of Iranian attacks could mean shippers would be unlikely to risk transit without paying."
For further clarity, EA is going to be on the hook for paying 1.8 billion dollars a year in interest, whereas their current yearly profit is 1.5 .So their interest payments are 300 million more than their entire yearly profit. We're in the process of watching them tie a noose and look for a spot.

I mean this sincerely: I think pro Israel people really need to begin internalizing that this is not a fringe opinion anymore and in fact is very statistically likely to be the average view of any brown Democratic candidate for office or any candidate under the age of 50
OK how long before they start selling off their IPs? We already know they are going to be gutting most of their studios (FFS) but that will only do so much before they start needing more. My bet... within a year.

My long-standing theory (and resentment) about CGI is that its rapid adoption was specifically boosted by a deluded belief that it would accomplish what AI-boosters dream about: the elimination of illustrative animation labor for a system that can be piloted by now-deskilled workers.

I'm a Morrison hater. Always have been. Can't stand them. The only thing I could ever get into was like Animal Man and Flex Mentallo and The Filth and We3 and Doom Patrol and Seaguy (1 + 2) and some of the Bat-Epic and New X-Men and also "St. Swithin's Day" but that's it
personal opinion, but i dont think you count as an animator if the only projects you want to work on are your own. if you arent interested in uplifting other works and just want to make your thing then i think youve chosen the wrong medium buddy. dont get into this just to be a showrunner
