I’ll be on record saying that for all the good things AI models have managed to do, it’s almost completely countered by the harm they have done in misinformation, psycosis, and ecological and financial damages. Not even just mentioning the slop of “content”
As a Journalist who uses search engines a lot: YES. AND MY WORK FLOW WOULD IMPROVE VASTLY. Do you have ANY idea how much DISINFORMATION AI spews BY THE SECOND? or how FUCKING UNRELIABLE google has become BECAUSE OF AI?! If AI suddenly disappeared, I wouldn't have to QUADRUPLE CHECK EVERYTHING!
