Yeah, full agree. Journalists have got to stop continuing to help build this narrative. The companies are laying the groundwork for their plan all along, which is a program that can be used to commit atrocities and the operators will escape all responsibility, liability, etc.

Using lists of three is not an "AI tell." It's a common trait in human writing because our brains biologically want to make sure there's always one thing to marry, one thing to fuck, and one thing to murder.

If you have ever struggled with a loved one that struggles with addiction there is something very familiar about how defensive and 0-100 level of aggressive folks get when there’s even the slightest insinuation that they stop their use of “AI”. Not saying it’s exactly this, but it’s still alarming.
