one of my strongest beliefs is that we're in our situation right now bc some of the most prominent talking heads (e.g. joe rogan, andrew schulz) are learning about politics in their 40s and 50s, instead of their teens and early 20s, and we have to go along for the ride as they learn basic things

I'm looking for a soft headboard for my tweens room as he's going through a reading phase that I want to nourish. I never thought I'd say this but headboard trends are shocking me! They have built-in outlets (antithetical to my goals) and secret storage pockets (!) This is on Pottery Barn ✨️Teen✨️

I have SO much trouble decluttering toys. I want to avoid throwing them in the garbage, but I hate giving away incomplete sets so hold onto things indefinitely thinking I'll find the pieces, and I always feel like if I time a rotation right, the kids will want to play with the thing again.
